About The Position

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our Commercial team at FXC Intelligence. This role exists to nurture and expand our relationships with high-value enterprise clients, helping us to deliver strategic insights and data-driven growth for some of the world's largest financial institutions. You will work closely with the VP Commercial, Business Development, and Client Operations teams and play a key role in driving revenue growth from our existing account base while ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our industry-leading intelligence. About the Commercial team: We’re a transatlantic team of Business Development Managers, Account Managers, and Client Operations. You’ll be joining at an exciting point in our company's growth, helping to build a strong and collaborative presence as we revolutionize financial insights through cutting-edge technologies. Requirements

Manage enterprise-level client accounts with a track record of delivering consistent revenue.
Communicate clearly and professionally with senior-level external and internal stakeholders.
Navigate complex data sets and sell intelligence-based solutions rather than just software.
Juggle multiple priorities with strong time management and high attention to detail.
Translate high-level business goals into actionable account management tactics.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the FX, payments, or banking industries.
Prior experience in customer success, presales, or onboarding for large financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Driving consistent revenue growth through successful renewals and upselling within your assigned enterprise accounts.
Developing and maintaining deep relationships with key stakeholders at major banks, payment companies, and fintechs.
Ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding for new enterprise clients onto our platform.
Identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase market share.
Becoming a subject-matter expert in cross-border payments data to effectively tailor solutions for client-specific use cases.
Navigating and managing complex legal and procurement hurdles to secure long-term contracts.
