Enterprise Account Manager

Wunder
2d$100,000 - $155,000Onsite

About The Position

We have an amazing opportunity for an energetic, organized, and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our fast-growing team and support the deployment of multi-million dollar renewable energy projects every week. Energy industry experience is NOT required, but you should be well-versed in successfully managing complex projects and programs, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and communicating with clients. In this role you’ll be managing relationships with real estate clients that have already contracted Wunder to deploy solar and energy storage solutions across their properties. You will need to work cross-functionally with Wunder’s sales and development teams to streamline client communications, manage internal hand-offs, stand up new processes, and deliver an exceptional client experience. As projects are successfully brought online, and as clients recognize the benefits of working with Wunder, you’ll have the opportunity to expand our engagements and deploy solutions across their broader holdings.. This role is unique because you will be on the front lines in our fight against climate change, actively accelerating the deployment of renewable energy resources. The relationships and project development pipeline that you manage will directly lead to more solar panels on rooftops across America. If you get excited about bringing real solutions to an overlooked market, building an organization aimed at saving the world, and ensuring that all of the details needed to make all of that happen are covered, this is the role for you.

Requirements

  • Relationship Management Expertise - You have 3+ years of client-facing experience, building and managing long-lasting relationships. You can guide clients through complex processes with ease, manage challenging conversations, creatively solve business problems on the fly, and deliver exceptional client experiences. While you’re at it, you can also remember clients’ favorite restaurants, dog names, and preferred ski runs.
  • Superior Communication Skills - You recognize that everyone has different communication styles; you know how to meet them in their medium and speak their language. You are able to explain complicated concepts in a variety of ways, to ensure everyone understands and is up to speed.
  • You’re Organized & Process-Oriented - You like to build and employ a playbook for every situation. You want processes that deliver order from chaos, comfort that no balls are dropped, and stakeholder alignment. You sweat the details.
  • A No-Task-Is-Too-Small Attitude - We work on big projects and make a big impact. A lot needs to get done in the process, and there's no room for ego here.
  • Financial Fluency - While client interaction is a big part of the job, comfort with numbers is a must. On-site energy projects are economics-driven, so you need to be eloquent in how you communicate complex financial concepts.
  • You Have a Team Ethos - You thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced rapid-growth environment, with people who are passionate about their work and mission. You’re not just excited to work cross-functionally, you crave it.
  • You’re Flexible, a Quick Responder - The problem we’re trying to solve as an organization is dynamic and each day brings fresh and exciting challenges. You can react quickly and efficiently when called upon to change or pivot.
  • You Believe That No Problem is Too Hard - In an industry where people are constantly stuck, we find ways to get it done. You know how to articulate and roll out solutions, recognizing there are many solutions to the same problem. You find new and effective ways to streamline and create processes to increase efficiency.
