About The Position

The Enterprise Special Services team is rapidly expanding and is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist. This role focuses on enhancing the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who utilize inbound transportation services. As a key player in driving innovation within transportation and logistics, you will work to evaluate current network shipper defects and implement improvements through coaching and performance management. Your primary goal is to work directly with shippers to develop solutions and improve their performance metrics.

Requirements

• Account Management/Customer Service experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in transportation, intermodal, and supply chain processes.

• Experience in managing disruptions.
• Background in supply chain or logistics is preferred but open to diverse backgrounds.
• Experience from industries such as party planning, event coordination, real estate, sales, and restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and present data daily.
• Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time.
• Identify root causes of transportation defects.
• Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers.
• Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.
• Conduct daily Business Review Stand-up calls.
