General Description The Enterprise Application Analyst role is responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, PLM, and other critical business applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that systems are effectively aligned with organizational goals. Experience in managing the daily routine operations and maintenance of IT software applications is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or another relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience working in Information Technology as an analyst working with application development and life cycle concepts.
  • 2+ years of experience performing business process mapping, requirements gathering, and systems implementations.
  • Hands-on experience in administration, configuration, customization, and support of one or more of the following ERP, PLM, CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL, database management, and system integration tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Salesforce is highly desired
  • Salesforce Administrator or other relevant Salesforce certifications
  • Experience in PLM Software - Optiva
  • Experience in any ERP system

Responsibilities

  • Configure workflows, processes, and business rules within ERP, CRM, and PLM systems to align with organizational requirements.
  • Customize system settings, fields, forms, and templates for enhanced usability and efficiency of ERP, CRM, and PLM systems.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and access controls across ERP, CRM, and PLM platforms.
  • Configure integrations between ERP, CRM, and PLM systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Configure and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
  • Manage incoming tickets related to business applications; prioritize and troubleshoot system problems and issues; maintain help desk knowledge base and deliver end-user satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
  • Plan, test, and implement system updates, patches, and upgrades with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Understand business applications in-depth; provide recommendations and implications of changes to the system for informed decision making.
  • Build and maintain strong cross functional relationships through timely communication and follow up.
  • Analyze, modify, maintain, update, and provide quality assurance according to software specifications, IT protocols, and established business rules.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, internal customers, and external vendors.
  • Provide support for critical situations (in conjunction with others).
  • Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
  • Assist in system upgrades, installations, and testing of the applications in collaboration with vendors and implementation partners
  • Ensure environments (Dev, Test, Training) are setup correctly, are ready for team access per schedule, and are administered efficiently throughout the project phases.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures; support internal/external audits.
  • Be a liaison between IT and the business team and actively participate in project prioritization and business adoption
  • Prepare variety of written materials (detailed remediation steps, notices, reminders, technical standards, security policies, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference and/or conveying information.
  • Analyze and research system configurations and enhancements
  • Attend meetings with internal customers and/or outside vendors to jointly determine and prioritize needs
