Position Overview Teaching Strategies is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new enterprise growth within the Private Child Care (PCC) sector. This senior-level role focuses on expanding strategic relationships with large multi-site child care chains and franchises by delivering high-impact SaaS solutions that improve instructional quality, compliance, and operational outcomes. Roles involves identifying, structuring, and negotiating complex technology partnerships and managing the full deal lifecycle from strategic analysis through closing. The Enterprise BDM reports to the Manager of Enterprise Sales and can be remote, with travel up to 30% to key customer and industry events.
