About the position

The Manager Business Development (Enterprise) at RR Donnelley's Precision Dialogue Marketing division is responsible for generating and nurturing opportunities with Fortune 1000 prospects, as well as closing enterprise relationships with these companies. The role involves effectively managing the sales process, strengthening relationships with key prospects, coordinating resources throughout the sales cycle, and facilitating the transition to service delivery teams. The position requires providing pipeline reports and revenue forecasts, tracking activities on the company's CRM system (Salesforce.com), driving new business by showcasing Precision Dialogue's services and ROI, participating in strategic planning and initiatives, conducting yearly reviews with key clients, meeting revenue goals through consultative sales, refining new business development strategies, emphasizing the value proposition of analytics and technology-driven solutions, collaborating with channel partners to close new business leads, and aligning with the company culture of honesty, hard work, and teamwork. Additionally, the role involves gaining knowledge of Precision Dialogue's solutions, data mining, analytics, and working with technologies to stay at the forefront of the industry. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a pipeline report and revenue forecast

Requirements

  • Experience selling to the 'C' level marketing suite within Fortune 1000 companies
  • Experience as a CRM practitioner or in developing/delivering CRM strategies with an analytics foundation
  • Working knowledge of databases, list management, and core analytic procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate marketing solutions and meet client expectations
  • Ability to build client loyalty and provide value-added solutions based on client needs
  • Ability to identify new opportunities through consultative selling
  • Undergraduate business degree
