About The Position

We are hiring on behalf of a high-growth, Y Combinator-backed startup in the sales-technology sector who is seeking a driven Enterprise Business Development Representative to join its foundational Go-To-Market team. The organization has pioneered a new category in sales performance, utilizing AI-driven roleplay to help global enterprise teams practice, measure, and scale elite sales behaviors. Following a period of significant revenue growth and a recent $1M NEW ARR milestone, the company is scaling its headcount rapidly. This role is designed for a proactive professional who excels at building pipelines from scratch and thrives in a fast-paced, Series-A environment. This is a full-time, in-person position based at the company’s headquarters in San Francisco, CA.

Requirements

  • At least 1+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), preferably within a startup or SaaS environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with AI tools and sequencing software to optimize workflow.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be confident on the phone and capable of performing deep prospect research.
  • Ability to work in-person five days a week in San Francisco, CA.
  • Must be a US Citizen or hold a valid work visa.
  • A desire for high impact, rapid career mobility, and a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Identify, engage, and qualify high-value opportunities within world-recognized enterprise brands.
  • Strategic Outreach: Manage multichannel outreach campaigns, utilizing research to create highly personalized messaging for enterprise executives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and the leadership team to transition qualified leads and refine targeting strategies.
  • Market Presence: Attend in-person industry events to engage with prospects and represent the brand's category-defining technology.
  • System Optimization: Contribute to the development of the systems, processes, and operational backbone required to support rapid scaling.
