About The Position

Enterprise Client Executive We are seeking an Enterprise Client Executive (ECE) to lead Philips’ most critical healthcare accounts—including National IDNs, Regional Systems, and Government Agencies (VA/DOD). This is a high-impact role requiring enterprise vision, executive relationship management, and the ability to align client priorities with Philips’ growth strategy. The ECE acts as a trusted advisor to executive and clinical stakeholders, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes and drive profitable, sustainable growth. Your role: Enterprise-minded leader who influences at the executive level with clear communication, mobilizes cross-functional teams without direct authority, builds client trust and delivers measurable outcomes, structures complex deals with financial rigor, and thrives on resilience and innovation to create sustainable, long-term value across business units. Lead account communities, drive Account Business Planning (ABP), and align teams to a unified “One Philips” strategy. Build and maintain C-suite relationships, represent Philips with executive presence, and guide internal teams on account-specific issues. Lead co-innovation, outcome-based partnerships, and Client Value Reviews (CVRs) to demonstrate impact and uncover new opportunities. Manage complex contracting, negotiations, and multi-year strategies to drive growth, forecast accuracy, and AOP attainment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, Data Analytics or equivalent.
  • 7+ years in enterprise account management, enterprise sales, or consulting with proven success managing large, complex healthcare accounts.
  • Demonstrated success engaging and influencing C-level executives, with strong interpersonal, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage complex contracts, forecasts, and governance.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems, reimbursement models, and provider challenges.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

Benefits

  • Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive.
  • At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $269,250 to $306,000, annually.
  • Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
  • Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
