Accountabilities Design and implement enterprise-scale data management, analytics, and AI capabilities using Microsoft technologies. Collaborate with teams to define data and AI roadmaps aligning with business objectives. Develop reference architectures and patterns for data services and AI applications. Shape data service standards and contribute to project planning and execution. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams. Coordinate integration with third-party systems and support vendor evaluations. Requirements 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or AI application development. Deep understanding of data modeling frameworks like Kimbal and Lakehouse Architecture. Expertise in Microsoft Fabric and AI Foundry technologies. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and KQL with experience in performance tuning. Ability to implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and secure data applications.
