Enterprise Engineering Systems IT Intern (Year-Round)

BorgWarner Enterprise Engineering Systems ( IT) is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven ” individual to join as an Engineering Systems IT Year-Round Intern. The Engineering Systems Intern is responsible for assisting Engineering Systems IT teams with various development activities , communications, support, planning, and data inventory involving enterprise engineering systems and related technology .
Requirements
- Collegiate Undergraduate majoring in Engineering, IT or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office products)
- Ability to routinely work in a hands-on manner
- Ability to work independently or with colleagues
- Can easily adapt to changes/learn quickly
- Must be able to report onsite at least 3 days a week
Responsibilities
- Gathering and documenting Engineering Systems usage metrics
- Perform application user audits
- Participate and contribute to engineering systems challenges and opportunities
- Revising technical documents
- Documenting/publishing Engineering Systems processes
- Create & publish Engineering Systems monthly Newsletter
- Research new technologies for continuous improvement within Engineering Systems
