About The Position

This strategic role will lead infrastructure management and drive innovation across our IT landscape. In addition to maintaining core systems, the Enterprise Manager will explore emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and cloud-native solutions. This role actively participates in helpdesk operations, supporting user inquiries and service needs.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, and cloud platforms.
Experience with Office365, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
Familiarity with AI tools or platforms (e.g., Copilot, Azure AI, Power Automate).
Excellent documentation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to lead initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage Windows Server environments, including Hyper-V, DHCP, DNS, and file/print services, user access control.
Oversee network infrastructure: switches, routers, VLANs, firewalls, WIFI, ISP, and telecom services. Including performance monitoring.
Administer servers (physical and virtual), backups, SQL Server, and cloud applications.
Lead Office365 administration across global locations.
Implement IT security tools, policies and monitor compliance.
Evaluate and integrate AI tools for IT operations (e.g., predictive monitoring, patch management, spam filter, …).
Collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities.
Mentor (future) junior staff and contribute to strategic IT planning.
