The Senior Marketing Programs Manager is a dynamic role for a creative, results-driven B2B marketer. This is a high visibility role that is perfect for someone who is excited to take advantage of Umbrella's growing leadership position in the $100B Internet security market.
The Marketing Programs Manager will create powerful, demand- generating programs, and deliver our message in new and exciting ways using modern B2B tech marketing tactic.
- Build and manage revenue focused programs that build pipeline for Umbrella sellers.
- Work directly with Umbrella sellers on account based programs.
- Develop compelling demand generating campaign concepts for our audience of Enterprise companies and IT Security professionals.
- Copywriting for emails, and website updates.
- Landing page creation and testing for demand generating campaigns.
- Manage media partners to support campaign objectives.
- Work with internal subject matter experts to develop content to fuel your campaigns.
- Run and optimize paid search, display and content syndication ads.
-Orchestrate content promotion activities across marketing tactics (social networks, paid search, content syndication, blog, display, field, web and email).
- Database email marketing to existing market segments.
- Maintain and improve upon lead nurturing content.
- Provide reporting on all marketing campaigns. Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of security marketing or related experience.
- At least 5 years of B2B tech marketing experience with a focus on lead generation. Experience marketing technical solutions to IT buyers, preferably IT security solutions
- Strong work ethic with a high degree of accuracy and creativity, and a keen eye for detail and follow-through - A self-starter with an established track record in creating successful marketing programs from start to finish
- Strong project management skills and experience working successfully with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional writer and creative thinker.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com, particularly the lead and campaign objects.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation (Marketo) best practices.
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
