Position Purpose: Contributes to strategy and delivery of a product within a defined domain. Contributes, analyzes and guides the delivery of functionality within a product or service from end to end and through the lifecycle of the product. Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to define and capture requirements for feature enhancements and new functionality Collaborate with engineering leadership on product delivery, resourcing needs and timeline shifts Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies Writes Stories/Spikes/Features with clear outcomes, milestones and acceptance criteria Drafts priority of feature backlog and refinement Assists with performance measurement of a defined product Monitors daily product and product testing metrics and overall product outcomes Executes the testing and validation of product features and functions as required Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 2 – 4 years of related experience.
• Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years experience with agile software development practices, technology program and project management, business analysis preferred.
