About The Position

The Enterprise Procurement Manager owns the enterprise-wide procurement strategy and leads its execution. This role oversees sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations to secure high-quality, cost-effective suppliers while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. As the primary procurement authority, the Manager drives supplier selection, negotiates commercial terms, and leads cost-optimization initiatives that support operational excellence and long-term business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or commensurate experience.
  • 7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, with a demonstrated track record of cost optimization and successful contract negotiation.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, compliance requirements, and risk management principles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute procurement strategies and lead complex, enterprise-level sourcing initiatives.
  • Advanced negotiation skills with experience managing high-value and high-risk contracts.
  • Proficiency with procurement platforms, vendor management systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and procurement automation solutions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including spend analysis and supplier performance evaluation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise procurement strategy aligned with organizational objectives and cost-optimization initiatives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers through market research, benchmarking, and analysis of industry trends.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of supplier capabilities, financial stability, quality standards, and overall risk profiles.
  • Lead negotiations for pricing, contractual terms, and service agreements to maximize value and mitigate risk.
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce procurement policies, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
  • Analyze enterprise spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives that reduce procurement costs without compromising quality or service.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Operations to align procurement decisions with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Vendor Relations to support effective onboarding of new suppliers and ensure smooth transitions of procurement ownership.
  • Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans to support business continuity.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on procurement performance, cost savings, supplier metrics, and trends to senior leadership.
