Requirements

5+ years of professional work experience
Experience creating and maintaining tools to track cost, schedule, and performance data
Experience developing routine and ad hoc reports for leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation of analytical findings
Bachelorâs degree in Business or a related field
Additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirements

Responsibilities

Support enterprise program and project activities, including schedule, cost, and performance tracking
Develop PowerPoint presentations and executive-level reporting materials
Produce routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and status updates
Facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and track action items to closure
Maintain tools used to track program, project, and task-level performance data
Analyze data and communicate findings using written narratives and visual formats
Support project management reporting and leadership decision-making
