About The Position

Reporting to the Health leaderhsip team, the Enterprise Program Manager is responsible for leading large, complex programs composed of multiple interrelated projects across business units. This role ensures strategic alignment, governance, and successful delivery of business outcomes through coordinated execution and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with program and project management methodologies (PMI, Agile).
  • Manage complex, multi-project environments.
  • Expertise in resource planning and risk management.
  • Experience managing large-scale programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish governance frameworks, approval processes, and reporting structures.
  • Coordinate inter-project dependencies and ensure communication across teams.
  • Oversee program-level project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and methodologies.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and escalate critical risks or scope changes to sponsors or steering committees.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between sponsors, steering committees, and delivery teams.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and benefits to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate meetings and prepare executive-level presentations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks across projects.
  • Manage change control processes and ensure resolution of issues.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Managers and program teams.
  • Delegate assignments and ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program and project management practices.
