About The Position

In this role, you will design and deliver enterprise-grade technology solutions that align business strategy with modern, scalable architectures. You will lead the design of integrated SaaS ecosystems, driving automation, AI-powered workflows, and seamless system connectivity across critical enterprise platforms. Working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and technology partners, you will translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture, including 5+ years leading complex solution design.
• Proven expertise in architecting multi-platform SaaS ecosystems and enterprise integrations.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), API design, microservices, and integration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with automation and AI/ML-driven solutions within enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, security principles, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, contact center technologies, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience supporting commercial operations, finance systems, quote-to-cash workflows, and contact center environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant technical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise application architectures that align with business objectives and long-term technology strategy.
• Lead the development of integrated multi-platform solutions across key SaaS systems, including CRM, ERP, ITSM, and contact center technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
• Architect APIs, middleware, and integration patterns to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Develop automation strategies and AI-enhanced workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Partner with application teams, developers, and vendors to guide implementations, ensure quality, and optimize solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, governance models, and best practices across the enterprise.
• Produce detailed documentation including solution designs, integration models, data flows, and security frameworks.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
