About The Position

We’re looking for a client-focused, technically skilled, and adaptable professional to join our Enterprise Services Team at SALTO. As an Enterprise Services Specialist, you’ll serve as a key advisor throughout the survey, installation, and training phases of enterprise-scale deployments. You’ll work cross-functionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, provide technical guidance, and deliver a consistently excellent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site readiness, installation, and training efforts
  • Support technicians and partners remotely during implementation
  • Conduct client training and ensure readiness for first-time use
  • Document, communicate, and resolve project issues
  • Contribute to playbooks and internal service standards
