Beghou has been laying the foundation for a new enterprise operating model as well as centralizing & modernizing its internal technology ecosystem. This business transformation creates a unified view across systems including integrations across customer deal management via CRM, employee talent management & recruiting via HRIS, resourcing capabilities & capacity vis PES, and financial management via ERP. The enterprise seeks an individual to support the management of those core systems. The individual will own elements of systems administration, cross-platform integration, data analytics & insights, program management, and coordinating the roll-out of systems enhancements. This is a hands-on execution role with direct interaction with the c-level.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years in systems administration, business operations, or PMO roles.
  • Hands-on experience with 3+ of: HubSpot, Intacct, ADP, Lever, Planful, Zapier (Ruddr a major plus).
  • Strong understanding of cross-system workflows and SaaS integrations.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consulting or professional services.
  • Familiarity with project accounting, time/expense processes, and ERP/CRM/PSA integrations.
  • Experience supporting large-scale system transitions.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain key systems: HubSpot, Ruddr, Sage Intacct, ADP, Lever, Planful, and Zapier.
  • Ensure accurate data flow across HubSpot → Ruddr → Intacct for deal creation, project setup, billing, and reporting.
  • Support implementation of unified 2026 project codes and system updates.
  • Coordinate program timelines, dependencies, communication, and documentation across HR, Finance, Talent, and Operations.
  • Support year-end transitions (project codes, timesheets, expenses).
  • Create and update guides, SOPs, and training materials; facilitate Q1 workshops.
  • Identify automation opportunities (especially via Zapier).
  • Improve data consistency and streamline workflows across HR, Finance, and Operations.
  • Support leadership’s operational reporting needs.
