About The Position

As an Enterprise Testing Analyst, you are responsible for testing enterprise systems, software, as well as organizational testing documentation. The Enterprise Testing Analyst must be able to interpret compliance and regulations affecting various systems, processes and procedures. Additionally, the Enterprise Testing Analyst will establish and implement best practices and innovative solutions to ensure appropriate system accuracy and user standards are met, using department workflows and documentation. This position will evaluate business needs, scope requirements, determine action steps, and develop processes to meet enterprise objectives as well as project goals/timelines. This position provides detailed documentation, implementation plans, and strategies to ensure business continuity. The Enterprise testing Analyst position will be a strong collaborator through the credit union and continually promote teamwork.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in finance, technology or another related field with 1-3 years of testing or analyst experience; 3-5 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • ISTQB foundation level Certification or required within 1 year of hire.
  • Familiar with consumer regulatory compliance plus experience troubleshooting and analyzing problems to find solutions.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Programs.
  • Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of financial industry experience.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Validate business needs for testing on all Visions systems and platforms.
  • Test the accuracy and integrity of processes and procedures for all departments and systems.
  • Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliverable deadlines.
  • Research and review best practices and incorporate modern testing methodologies.
  • Prioritize competing needs to ensure tickets and projects are complete on time.
  • Successfully support the delivery of initiatives into production.
  • Identify and scope initiatives to meet business unit standards.
  • Build and adhere to processes and procedures based on the member’s experience.
  • Monitor and evaluate systems to determine effectiveness for support staff and membership, impact of changes, and potential for enhancements.
  • Work with project stakeholders to understand system requirement as well as the impact on policy, procedures and training.
  • Generate and maintain process and procedure documents for testing and analysis on all applicable systems.
  • Review all end user requests and provide timely feedback.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stake holders in a professional and positive manner.
  • Respond effectively to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.
