Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts and building strong relationships with customers
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities tailored to client needs
  • Utilize data analysis to monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support account management and strategy execution
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Support day-to-day operations and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication
