About The Position

Ready to launch your career in the Auto-finance industry? Join our Auto Finance Operations team! We’re hiring multiple entry‑level representatives across three departments, and we’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career. We are hiring for three roles, and candidates should be open to any of these positions: Customer Accounts Representative Customer Care Representative Title Associate – Customer Service Support You’ll receive full training — plus opportunities to cross‑train and grow. 1. Customer Accounts Representative Schedule: Mon–Fri: 8 AM–5 PM Two late shifts weekly: 11 AM–8 PM (never Fridays) Every other Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM One week each month: 7 AM–4 PM + Saturday 7 AM–12 PM What You’ll Do: Make friendly, early‑stage courtesy calls to customers 1–29 days past due on payments Help customers with payment setups, auto‑pay enrollment, and account updates Assist with password resets or login issues No heavy collections — escalation teams handle those accounts 2. Customer Care Representative Schedule: Mon–Fri: 8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM One Saturday per month: 8 AM–12 PM What You’ll Do: Take inbound calls and support customers with: Account questions Payment options Title requests Website/login help 3. Title Associate – Customer Service Support Schedule: Mon–Fri: 8 AM–5 PM May rotate to 7 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–6 PM depending on business needs What You’ll Do: Support customers, dealerships, and DMV offices (10–20 calls per day) Research and resolve title‑related issues Process title documents accurately and ensure proper lien perfection Identify trends or process gaps and escalate when needed Work independently while meeting productivity and quality expectations Overtime Up to 3 hours of OT per week Two Saturdays per month required (8 AM–12 PM)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer and data‑entry skills
  • Reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow
