About The Position

Adventure ABA, LLC is currently hiring Part-Time Autism Behavior Technicians to provide in-home therapy services to children and families throughout Queen Creek, Florence, and nearby East Valley communities . In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills through engaging, play-based learning. No prior ABA experience is required. With a high school diploma or equivalent , we will provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training along with support and mentorship from our clinical team. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one support to children with autism in their homes while implementing therapy programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) .

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to sit on the floor and actively engage with children
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes in the Queen Creek area
