About The Position
Benda Infotech is currently seeking motivated Entry-Level Business Process Analysts to support our client projects across multiple locations in the United States. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in business operations, data analysis, and process improvement while contributing to innovative technology and business transformation initiatives. As part of our consulting team, you will work closely with experienced analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of efficient and scalable operational solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with process mapping or other methodologies
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts
- Understanding of process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Visio or similar workflow tools
Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows
- Support the identification of operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and documentation for existing and proposed processes
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and performance gaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and project management
- Support the development of reports and dashboards to track process performance
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and transformation projects
