New CDL-A drivers based near Springfield entering this regional fleet typically run between 2,200 and 2,500 miles per week after completing the training program, with home time every two weeks while hauling dry van freight across a consistent Midwest freight network. Drivers in the Springfield area operate through established regional lanes serving Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin with steady freight demand supported by long-term shipper partnerships. This account operates primarily within a 500 mile radius of Chicago and provides reliable miles for new CDL-A drivers beginning their driving careers.
