About The Position

ShotVet is seeking skilled call center agents to work On-Site at our Longwood, FL office. Join our growing team of folks who help pet parents find our pop-up events, locate records, purchase products and packages, etc. We are one of the fastest growing companies in America! Schedule: WEEKENDS: Friday - Sundays - OPEN AVAILABILITY FOR WEEKEND SHIFTS REQUIRED (~32 hours per week) IN OFFICE - THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION (Some occasional weekday work may be required) (Must be able to work 8-hour shifts Morning and Evening Shifts)

Requirements

HS Diploma or GED Required
Enjoy helping people in a calm and loving way
Can handle multiple calls and chats
Desire to learn about different veterinary vaccines and products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Prior exposure to Dialpad
Experience in a call center or veterinary setting
Prior sales experience with metric expectations
Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls / chats and responding to client inquiries and concerns
Providing accurate information about our services and products
Scheduling appointments and coordinating with our field team
Maintaining client records and updating our database
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
