Responsibilities
- Interact directly with the public at live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs
- Deliver exceptional customer service to event attendees, donors, and community members
- Communicate nonprofit missions, campaign goals, and fundraising initiatives clearly and confidently
- Answer questions and provide accurate, engaging information about charitable programs
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination
- Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, partners, and local communities
- Represent the company with a professional, enthusiastic, and welcoming attitude
