We’re hiring Entry-Level Evening Floor Technicians to join our Project Services Team — a small, hand-selected crew trusted to complete specialized commercial floor care projects across Newport News and surrounding areas. This is not a “just show up” position. It’s a role for someone dependable, serious about their work, and ready to build a long-term career. No prior experience required — we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path into advanced technician and leadership roles. We provide the vehicle, equipment, uniforms, and training. You bring reliability, accountability, and pride in your work. The Project Team is a small, trusted group. Requirements

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to commit consistently to a Monday–Friday evening schedule

Responsibilities

Assist with stripping, waxing, buffing, and restoring commercial floors
Clean and maintain VCT, tile, and concrete surfaces
Operate floor machines (auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers – training provided)
Load and unload equipment at job sites
Follow safety and chemical handling guidelines
Complete projects on schedule and to quality standards
