We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of live events, brand activations, and promotional marketing campaigns. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing live events and promotional campaigns
• Support brand activations, experiential marketing events, and on-site promotions
• Professionally communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Coordinate event logistics including setup, breakdown, staffing, and vendor support
• Manage event registration, guest engagement, and on-site activities
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure smooth event operations
• Collect attendee and client feedback and assist with post-event reporting
