Requirements
- Must reside in the state of Iowa
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in a client-focused, relationship-driven career
- Willingness to obtain required licenses (training provided)

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and concerns
- Educate individuals and families on financial protection and planning strategies
- Offer solutions including life insurance, investments, and long-term care options
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Grow your communication, business development, and planning skills
Benefits
- Base salary plus performance-based commissions and bonuses
- Estimated total compensation: $50,000 – $75,000 in year one
