Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Longview, WA. This role is ideal for someone starting their HVAC career or transitioning from a related technical field. The right candidate is eager to learn, dependable, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Hands-on training and mentorship will be provided.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- HVAC vocational training, trade school coursework, or mechanical aptitude preferred but not required.
- Strong interest in learning HVAC systems and building a long-term career in the trade.
- Basic mechanical, electrical, or technical skills are a plus.
- Willingness to learn troubleshooting techniques and industry best practices.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift equipment and work in varying weather conditions.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Learn to diagnose basic HVAC system issues and support troubleshooting efforts.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members to ensure clear understanding of service needs.
- Accurately document work performed, materials used, and service details.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
