Responsibilities
- Assisting in the execution of live promotional events and brand activations
- Supporting all aspects of event logistics: setup, guest check-in, on-site coordination, and teardown
- Collaborating with marketing, creative, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations
- Engaging with clients to understand campaign goals and provide timely updates
- Coordinating with vendors, venues, and suppliers to meet project deadlines
- Managing guest interactions and solving real-time issues during events
- Collecting and organizing event performance data and attendee feedback
- Using data insights to support improvements in future campaigns
Requirements
- No previous marketing experience is necessary—we’ll provide the tools, training, and support you need
