Responsibilities

- Support event logistics including setup, guest registration, on-site coordination, and event breakdown
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and logistics teams to ensure smooth event operations
- Communicate with clients to understand campaign goals and provide progress updates
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to meet event timelines and project deadlines
- Engage with guests and attendees while representing the brand in a professional manner
- Help manage guest interactions and resolve issues in real time during events
- Collect and organize event performance data, attendee feedback, and engagement metrics
- Assist with analyzing campaign results to help improve future marketing initiatives
