About the position
We’re looking for a motivated, mission-aligned Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our expanding team! In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience implementing both traditional and grassroots marketing strategies that amplify the missions of leading nonprofit and charitable organizations. Your efforts will support campaigns that raise awareness, drive fundraising, and create measurable social impact across communities nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for nonprofit clients and social impact initiatives
- Promote community events, fundraising drives, and cause-based campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging content and promotional materials
- Track campaign performance with analytics tools, providing actionable insights for optimization
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis focused on the nonprofit and cause marketing sector
- Support event logistics, including distribution of promotional materials and event setup
- Help maintain consistent, mission-driven messaging across all marketing channels
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine passion for nonprofit work, social causes, or community development
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, impact-focused environment
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in customer service, event coordination, or sales is a plus but not required
