About the position
We’re looking for a passionate and mission-aligned Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our expanding team and support high-impact campaigns for nonprofit organizations and charitable causes. Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing community-focused marketing campaigns
- Promote nonprofit events, fundraising initiatives, and awareness efforts
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop promotional content and branded materials
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools; provide insights and improvement strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis specific to the nonprofit and cause-marketing sectors
- Support logistics for charity events and field campaigns, including setup and materials distribution
- Help ensure brand and mission consistency across all public-facing communications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and writing skills, with attention to detail
- Passion for social impact, nonprofit work, or community engagement
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team setting
- Experience in customer service, events, or sales is a plus, but not required
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
