Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
• Strong verbal communication and public engagement skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and keen attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required for event support

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute local events, pop-ups, and community outreach initiatives that boost brand awareness
• Act as a brand ambassador by engaging with attendees and delivering compelling brand messages at live events
• Manage event logistics including setup, teardown, and coordination of promotional materials
• Support creative marketing efforts by assisting with flyer design, signage, and giveaway distribution
• Conduct market research to identify new outreach opportunities and measure campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to maintain brand consistency
• Collect and analyze event feedback, track participation metrics, and contribute to post-event reporting
