We design and manufacture high-performance magnetic components used in telecommunications, automotive, computing, broadband, and consumer electronics worldwide. We are seeking an Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer to join our machine design team and help develop custom automation equipment used in our manufacturing operations. About the Role and What You'll Learn Assist in designing automation equipment using mechanical systems, pneumatic components, electronic controls, and operator interfaces Work with experienced engineers to develop new automation concepts and improve existing machines Create and update 3D models, detail drawings, and documentation for prototypes and production equipment Support machine builds, testing, and initial production runs Evaluate designs for cost efficiency, reliability, and manufacturability Work with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams Help troubleshoot and improve equipment throughout the product lifecycle Provide technical support to engineers and technicians

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 0–2 years experience (internships and co‑ops count)
  • Interest in automation, machine design, or manufacturing
  • Strong problem‑solving skills
  • Good communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing automation equipment using mechanical systems, pneumatic components, electronic controls, and operator interfaces
