Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.

Responsibilities

Assist project managers in the planning and execution of projects.
Create and maintain project documentation including project plans and schedules.
Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and documentation of minutes.
Track project progress and report on status to stakeholders regularly.
Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues as they arise.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
