About The Position

Responsible for answering phones, assisting the public, and recording/filing documents Training provided to learn: All phases of processing and preservation of all legal documents recorded in Ravalli County. Providing basic answers regarding election processes during election times. Competencies General office procedures and computers.

Requirements

  • Typing 45 wpm
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of land documents and elections preferred.
