What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you’ll represent nonprofit campaigns and socially responsible brands at in-person events, pop-up activations, and community outreach initiatives. This is a public-facing, field-based role ideal for strong communicators and motivated self-starters.

Requirements

• Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
• Enjoy public-facing roles and thrive in social environments
• Have strong communication skills and a coachable mindset

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at live marketing events
• Conduct face-to-face sales and marketing outreach to raise awareness and engagement
• Support donor acquisition, lead generation, and community education efforts
• Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing strategies
• Track outreach results using basic CRM and reporting tools
• Participate in ongoing sales training, marketing workshops, and professional development
