Requirements

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred but not required)
• Interest in sales, marketing, nonprofit outreach, or community engagement

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable working in public-facing environments
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to work both independently and within a team

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands at live events and community campaigns
• Conduct face-to-face marketing, sales outreach, and brand promotions
• Educate the public about charitable causes, products, and campaigns
• Support donor acquisition, lead generation, and community engagement efforts
• Build relationships with event attendees, supporters, and potential donors
• Assist with executing marketing campaigns and outreach strategies
• Track campaign performance and engagement using basic CRM and reporting tools
• Participate in weekly training sessions, sales coaching, and professional development programs
