In this role, you’ll support transmission and distribution line projects from field evaluation through construction, gaining hands-on experience in a stable, essential industry. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
0-1 years of experience in power line design is preferred.
Passed F.E. Exam (Engineer-In-Training) or planning to obtain.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license for multi-state travel.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate upgrades, rebuilds, or new designs of transmission or distribution lines.
Support the production of overhead transmission and distribution line designs.
Participate in field surveys, evaluate structure strengths, and ensure compliance with NESC and client electrical clearances.
Assist in preparing construction packages and responding to construction inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned with a willingness to adapt as needed.
Travel up to 25%.
