About The Position

Wood is currently recruiting for a motivated Environmental Consulting Intern
to
join our diverse team of professionals. Ideally, the role will be seated in our
Austin or Houston, TX
offices, but we will consider other Texas locations for
the right candidate. This role is to support our scopes of work in the Wind,
Solar, and Battery Storage industries and with regular interaction with team
members across at least five countries.

The Environmental Consulting Intern
will support the delivery of
multidisciplinary projects through their feasibility, pre-construction and/or
construction phases with a specific focus on the environmental and permitting
aspects of projects.  This person will act as a consultant, supporting solar PV,
onshore wind, storage and green hydrogen scopes as part of a project development
team.
