Position Summary The Retail Environment & Experience Designer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving accurate retail store floor plans that support new store openings, remodels, and ongoing store operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring drawing accuracy, fixture integrity, and cross-functional alignment across Store Presentation, Construction, Architecture, and MEP partners.

Requirements

  • AutoCAD Drafting: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize AE Design Tool packages within AutoCAD.
  • Revit: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience (preferred).
  • Ability to confidently navigate, interpret, and utilize all core functions of Revit, including model navigation, views, and documentation workflows.
  • Retail, commercial, or store planning design experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate CAD/REVIT floor plans for all existing stores.
  • Create new store and remodel floor plans in collaboration with the Senior Director of Store Presentation.
  • Ensure all floor plans reflect current fixture standards, merchandising strategy, and operational needs.
  • Work closely with architects and MEP vendors to ensure coordinated, build-ready drawings.
  • Assist in the development of new fixture concepts and ensure all fixtures are accurately drawn.
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors to gather, validate, and maintain fixture specifications.
  • Improve drawing accuracy to control cost and reduce change orders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines.
