The Water Investment Division (WID) is seeking a Design and Construction Engineering (DCE) Program Manager to lead a team of highly skilled engineers and analysts. This role oversees engineering review and technical assistance for projects seeking funding under the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) programs, Pollution Control Grants, and other sources. The position is part of the Water Investment Division Management Team (WIDMT), contributing to the Division's mission of stewarding public investments in water infrastructure. DCE and the Water Infrastructure Finance Program (WIFP) work closely to administer the SRF programs in WID. The SRF programs are evolving to meet record high funding demand and project volume. The new DCE Manager and WIFP Manager will lead an effort, working closely with the team, to streamline SRF program operations. The selected candidate will foster a healthy team culture, strengthen partner relationships and customer service, and promote continuous improvement.
