About The Position

Trileaf Corporation is a nationwide environmental, architecture, and engineering consulting firm that assists clients with environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance, and engineering and architectural design. From its headquarters in St. Louis, MO, and multiple branch offices throughout the U.S., Trileaf serves the wireless communications, commercial real estate and financial industries. Trileaf is seeking a full time Environmental Project Scientist on our Commercial team. This in-office position is located at our corporate office in St. Louis, MO

Responsibilities

  • Travel to project location, take detailed notes and photographs of site (1 to 2 days per week)
  • Conducting interviews, in person, via email, and phone
  • Ordering & analyzing government database records
  • Performing regulatory agency file reviews
  • Reviewing historical data (including topographic maps, Sanborn fire insurance maps, city directories, and aerial photographs)
  • Drafting of a standardized report using information from these various sources
  • Perform QA/QC to the satisfaction of both management and clients
  • Completing requested revisions & submitting report within pre-established timelines
  • Conducting field work to collect samples of potentially contaminated subsurface media (soil, groundwater, and soil vapor) and/or indoor air
  • Compare analytical contaminant data collected to applicable regulatory standards
