About The Position

Join MWR and help lead high-quality environmental remediation work that protects homes, businesses, and the people in them. MWR is seeking an experienced Environmental Remediation Specialist to lead and oversee microbial remediation projects in residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone with strong field leadership experience, a deep understanding of mold remediation best practices, and a commitment to safety, quality, and team development. Pay $80,000-$90,000/year What You'll Do In this role, you will be responsible for supervising environmental remediation work from the field, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and industry guidelines.

Requirements

  • IICRC WRT certification required
  • 3-5 years of mold remediation experience
  • Prior leadership experience supervising field teams
  • Strong knowledge of containment strategy, safety compliance, and remediation best practices
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel within the assigned service area
  • Comfortable using mobile documentation tools such as phone/tablet apps, notes, and photos
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • AMRT certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise microbial remediation teams on residential and commercial projects
  • Coordinate daily field activities to ensure proper staffing, sequencing, and execution
  • Ensure proper containment construction, negative air setup, and remediation best practices
  • Conduct job site audits and quality control inspections
  • I dentify scope gaps, safety concerns, or quality risks and communicate them to leadership
  • Provide hands-on training and coaching to technicians in the field
  • Lead classroom and on-the-job training on PPE, containment, and remediation protocols
  • Oversee remediation equipment maintenance, filter changes, and inventory management
  • Ensure accurate documentation, photo records, and job file compliance
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and homeowners as needed
