Requirements

  • IICRC WRT certification
  • 3 to 5+ years of mold remediation experience
  • Experience supervising and leading field teams
  • Strong knowledge of containment strategy, safety compliance, and remediation best practices
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel within the assigned service area
  • Comfort using mobile documentation tools (phone/tablet apps, notes, and photos)
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Leading microbial remediation teams during residential and commercial projects and strategically coordinating daily activities to ensure proper staffing and support project efficiency
  • Ensuring team members follow proper containment construction, negative air setup, and remediation best practices
  • Providing technicians with in-field training as needed
  • Conducting thorough job site audits and quality control inspections
  • Informing management of any scope gaps, safety concerns, and quality risks
  • Leading on-site and in-classroom training on PPE, containment, and remediation protocols
  • Managing inventory, filter changes, and equipment maintenance
  • Completing accurate and compliant job documentation, including photos
  • Professionally communicating with clients and homeowners
