• Maintains the cleanliness, sanitary conditions, and appearance of designated areas
• Maintains resident rooms and common areas using cleaning techniques and quality standards to help provide a safe quality environment
• Performs vacuuming, dusting, and removing resident or office trash
• Cleans other facility or office areas on a routine or as-needed basis
• Report requests for repairs to supervisor or maintenance
