Job Posting Title: Environmental Services Assistant / Housekeeping Location: Dallas - Hospital Additional Posting Details: Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 12:30am Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities Environmental Services Responsibilities: Clean all areas of the hospital Perform routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, offices, and stairways in a clean and sanitary manner Assist with function set up, break downs, and clean up Clean and maintain all carpeted and hard surfaces in the facility Laundry Responsibilities: Ensure that soiled linens are processed in a manner which will avoid the transfer of microorganisms Transport soiled linen to the laundry department Sort all soiled linen appropriately Wash all soiled linen as needed Fold clean linen as needed Store and deliver clean linen to all departments Ensure laundering of designated staff, physician, and auxiliary uniforms At Scottish Rite for Children, we work together with the common goal of helping give children back their childhood. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3 months of related experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Clean all areas of the hospital
